Personal 1 on 1 Training
This where the magic happens! During your 1 on 1 sessions, you'll work with one of our certified personal trainers who will design weekly programs for you. Each exercise is customized to match your mobility and goals. During your sessions your expert trainer will be watching you closely to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly and will give feedback on your form for best results. You'll meet your trainer for individual sessions 1 - 2 times a week. In between each session, your trainer will provide accountability through our Everfit app and assign exercises for you to do on your own. While you work with us we will celebrate your successes and adjust your programming accordingly.
Stronger together: that’s the heart of Team Training. After an initial one-on-one session, you’ll be thoughtfully placed into a small group with others who share similar goals and mobility needs. This ensures every workout feels approachable, supportive, and designed for you.
Team Training goes beyond exercise; it builds accountability, connection, and confidence. Moving alongside others on their own fitness journeys can be incredibly empowering, reminding you that you’re not alone in your challenges or your wins. Together, you’ll celebrate progress, support one another through setbacks, and find motivation in shared experiences.
Through All Bodies Community, these small-group sessions have grown into something truly special. Members not only train together but form genuine, lasting friendships, both inside and outside of each session.

HOW IT WORKS
To start the process, contact us directly by calling our office at 928-476-0496 or fill out the CONTACT FORM on our website. You'll be directed to our wonderful Administrative Assistant: Gretchen, who can help answer your questions and schedule you for an Initial Assessment with Julie Stone (NASM-CPT). Once your assessment is scheduled, Gretchen will send you paperwork to fill out prior to your scheduled appointment.
The initial assessment is $75 and is a 1-hour session structured as follows:
-
Discussion: Julie will go over your paperwork with you and discuss your fitness goals and biggest CMT concerns.
-
Movement Assessment: You will be guided through a series of movements to assess muscle imbalances and main focus points for your exercise program.
-
Recommendations & Programs: Julie will discuss the most beneficial exercises for you and provide information about our ongoing membership programs.
-
Program Set Up: If you choose to sign up for an ongoing program, in most cases, you can start the following week. We have a wide range of programs, ranging from $12.95 USD / month to $495 USD / month.
Regardless of whether you sign up for a continuous membership program, following your assessment, you will leave with insights into the key muscle groups on which you should focus.
Still unsure? Please give us a call at 928-476-0496.
We're happy to answer any questions you may have.
Why work with All Bodies Community?
Our programs are designed to meet you at where you are in your symptom progression and fitness journey. Our team is made up of CMTers, which adds an essential level of understanding to the need of those living with CMT. We've worked with over 100 CMTers and have learned to adapt exercises for every stage of progression to keep you feeling strong, stable, and moving independently. In addition to focusing on CMT, our team goes above and beyond to continue learning about safe exercise practices for other comorbidities: including (but not limited to): Scoliosis and scapular winging, Spinal Fusions, and hyper-mobility. Additionally, we're trained in pre and post natal practices and gait training.
