CLASS REGULAR + TEAM TRAINING
"I have taken 'scalable' exercise classes in the past that were really designed for people within the normal range of abilities, which doesn’t include me and my disability. Julie’s patient, kind, and knowledgeable personalization allows me to get the most out of each workout, challenging me with fun routines that make each class fly by.
Since joining All Bodies Community, I feel like my exercise routine is more effective, and I’m working muscles that I was missing on my own. It has also been wonderful to have that extra connection during the pandemic...I truly look forward to Julie’s classes every week.
I enthusiastically recommend the Above the Waist class to anyone who struggles with balance or the ability to stand and perform exercises."

I've always felt a bit intimidated in a traditional gym environment so having a dedicated trainer who knows my condition and concerns, and could guide me from the comfort of my own home with minimal equipment was invaluable to me.

CLASS REGULAR + PERSONAL TRAINING
"Fitness has always been something that I’ve fallen in and out of love with over the last decade of my life. Forging and following a consistent workout plan is difficult for me.
Since joining All Bodies Community, not only do I feel like I have a personal trainer, but I feel like I have a personal connection with my instructors.
Julie is patient with me and does her best to keep a pace that is sustainable for the class level that I’m in (advanced pilates nbd).
The class sizes are small and I feel like I get the personal attention that I sometimes need.
10/10 would highly recommend."

When I first started taking the CMT training group class, I was in bad shape after 6 months of lockdown with no PT or OT. Had not even stood up on my forearm crutches and AFO braces the whole time out of fear my feet had gotten too weak and I could risk breaking something. Let alone my spirits were in the dumpster with having no outlook as to when I would be able leave home again. After about 3-4 weeks, I started feeling so much stronger that I actually did a whole class with my crutches instead of in the wheelchair. But more than that, I noticed I was starting to move around the apartment more than I had in months. Even drove my car again, which I had not done since last fall. Can’t begin to tell you what that did for my spirits (dopamine heaven). Everything helps right now with the pandemic.
The CMT small group training is my first experience at All Bodies; so definitely my favorite. It solves a major issue I had in my life and was close to a crisis point until I found it. After 6 months of lockdown in a small apartment, I was developing some severe atrophy because I only have a few feet to roll around my apartment in a wheelchair; and had a serious lack of motivation to do some random YouTube wheelchair workouts to fix it. And then by some miracle I hear about All Bodies because of searching for classes I can do in my wheelchair online. I was so surprised to follow the links to the owner’s personal website, only to learn she was fighting with the same neurological disease as me. It had to be a sign; especially when the owner mentions to me that there is an upcoming CMT training class starting in just a few days.
Love my trainer Tedashi. He knew what he was doing with his exercise plan for us and was so adaptable to work with each of our own specific needs in the class to make the workout successful. Felt so good to not have to be the teacher to the trainer for once. Allowed me to focus better on what we were doing so that I could participate fully in the plan. Plus, he had a good sense of humor, which always helps. My group was fabulous too. Looked forward to seeing everyone so much each week. We all had our rough days, but because we all understood CMT; there was no judgement or jokes. That dynamic allowed the whole group to work with each other during the workout.
I would and have recommended All Bodies to friends, family, colleagues , associates, doctors, strangers on the street, …ANYONE I can get to listen . People need to learn about All Bodies as quickly as possibly because it is going to grow big very fast and you want to make sure you have a spot.

"If you have health issues, you probably know how important exercise is, and yet one-size-fits-all workouts often lead to more problems! Not the case with All Bodies Community. Julie leverages her expertise, compassion, and humor to make every student feel safe and challenged at the same time. She offers multiple variations for each exercise and encourages everyone to listen to their bodies (which is a real thing, people) while giving them a good nudge toward greater strength.
And if you're at the top of your fitness game, roll on in to one of her advanced classes, where she will lovingly kick your a** and make you laugh while she's at it. Trust me."
