Julie is a CMTer, adaptive fitness coach, and owner of All Bodies Community. Julie strives to provide fitness for all, no matter your mobility. In her classes, she wants you to learn to listen to your body and do what is best for it. She believes growth should be measured on a personal level, not comparative to others and wants you to strive to be the best version of yourself!
