JULIE (She/Her)

Julie is a CMTer, adaptive fitness coach, and owner of All Bodies Community. Julie strives to provide fitness for all, no matter your mobility. In her classes, she wants you to learn to listen to your body and do what is best for it. She believes growth should be measured on a personal level, not comparative to others and wants you to strive to be the best version of yourself! I'm Tedashi Myers, I have been a personal trainer for a little over 10 years, I currently specialize in functional movement, and corrective exercise. My passion is working with people trying to get their mobility and lives back. Being married to a Physical Therapist I have found a love for much more of the human body than losing weight, and lifting weights. People take for granted the most basic things they are able to do until they lose them and need help getting them back.

DAVID (He/Him)


David is a jack-of-all-trades in the fitness world. Besides being a trained Yoga and Pilates teacher, he loves helping people at every leg of their fitness journeys, from restoring functional stability after injury to maximizing power in elite athletes. He works with youth sports players to maintain their fitness in the off-season, as well as with seniors regaining independence and an active lifestyle. He has taught nearly every type of fitness class. Whatever your goal, David’s passion is helping you achieve it, and having fun along the way.
