SEATED CARDIO
Mondays at 9am PST / 12pm EST

Put on some upbeat music and let's get moving! For 30mins we'll be focusing on getting our heart rate up and breaking a sweat. 

Note: Although this class is 100% seated, it's open to all who may want to add legs and jumping too.

Equipment needed: if you're not already in one,all you need is a chair :)

ALL LEVEL PILATES
Mondays at 12pm PST / 3pm EST

In this class we'll be learning the variations of each move. Here you will be able to challenge yourself. It's the perfect class to set personal goals! We'll be getting a full body workout; tuning into our breathing to improve strength, stability, flexibility and body awareness. Class is taught 100% on the floor

STRENGTH TRAINING
Wednesdays at 8am PST / 11am EST

In this class we will be using resistance bands + body weights (optional to sub weights) to get an awesome workout! Seated + standing options will be given for each workout, so you can pick what will work best for you.

RESTORATIVE STRETCHING
Thursdays at 12pm PST / 3pm EST
Instructor: Julie

Each class will be unique to the students who attend and their individual needs that session. Class may be taught in a chair, on the floor or a combination or both. 

 

Note: An array of general stretching videos are included in our video library in addition to class videos

Equipment needed:

a pillow, medium sized towel, a yoga mat if doing floor variations.

CARDIO CIRUIT 
Sundays at 10am PST / 1pm EST
Instructor: David

Get at (full) body conditioning workout. Build strength and endurance while using minimal equipment by doing several exercises in succession. Seated + standing options will be given for each workout, so you can choose which exercise works best for you!
