Strength Training (Sit/Stand)

In this class we will be using our body weight and resistance bands (optional to sub weights) to get an awesome workout! Standing + seated options will be given for each workout, so you can pick what will work best for you!

Cardio Circuit (Sit/Stand)

Saturdays 
10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET

Get at (full) body conditioning workout. Build strength and endurance while using minimal equipment by doing several exercises in succession. Seated + standing options will be given for each workout, so you can choose which exercise works best for you!

Seated Cardio

9:00am PT / 12:00pm ET

Put on some upbeat music and let's get moving! For 30mins we'll be focusing on getting our heart rate up and breaking a sweat. 

Note: Although this class is 100% seated, it's open to all who may want to add legs and jumping too.

Equipment needed: if you're not already in one,all you need is a chair :)

Beginner Mat Pilates

Thursdays
12:00pm PT / 3:00pm ET

We'll be building on the fundamentals of pilates by showing slow and controlled movements, while focusing on or breathing. We'll learn to tune in with our bodies to build up strength, stability, flexibility and body awareness. With practice, these move will come with ease and you can build up to doing harder variation. Class is taught 100% on the floor.

Mondays
12:00pm PT / 3:00pm ET

In this class we'll be learning the variations of each move. Here you will be able to challenge yourself. It's the perfect class to set personal goals! We'll be getting a full body workout; tuning into our breathing to improve strength, stability, flexibility and body awareness. Class is taught 100% on the floor

All Level Mat Pilates

Adaptive Leg Workout

Thursdays
3:00pm PT / 6:00pm ET

This class will focus on leg work, with core exercises sprinkled in. Exercises will require being able to get on the floor, you may need to hold a railing or have a chair against the wall for extra support. Class will start seated then move to the ground, with plenty of time to get to the floor. This is a safe space for us to exercise together!

Equipment needed: Pillow, towel, resistance bands.

Restorative Stretching

Each class will be unique to the students who attend and their individual needs that session. Class may be taught in a chair, on the floor or a combination or both.
