Strength Training - Sit or Stand

Note: Seated + Standing workouts will be given
In this class we will be using resistance bands (optional to sub weights) + body weight to get a killer workout! Standing + seated options will be given for each workout, so you can pick what will work best for you!
We will be using resistance bands. Don't have any? Get them HERE
Struggle with grip? Try wrist weights instead! Get them HERE
And Remember- for any workout, starting with bodyweight only and working up to weights + resistance bands is totally ok!
