*Must sign up 24hrs in advance - This will be a recovery day! We’ll assess at the beginning of each class what areas of the body feel tight for each student and we’ll work through stretches. Setting ourselves up for a good nights rest and good week to come. Please read full description for more info

This class is open to all and members get class free. Each class will be very differnt depending on individual needs of the students who attend. Depending on students who attend, class may be taught in a chair or on the floor or a combination of both. For your comfort, bring a pillow to help support you knees and a medium sized towel for stretching out the arms.
