With all the stressors in the current world we live in, let’s all take a second to go inward and take a little time to focus on us. Creating the headspace for a good night of sleep and prepping our minds for a fresh start the next morning. In this 30 minute session, we will do a body scan and light stretching and let any current stressors whisk away. Find a comfy seat or choose to find a comfortable spot on the ground, if on the ground bring a pillow for your knees.
