All Levels Hatha Yoga

Open to all. The pace is faster, holding each pose (asana) 3-5 breaths. Each asana will be built upon, offering more challenging modifications step by step. The focus of these classes is to build strength of body, mind and spirit, cultivating balance and ease of each asana through the breath.

Note - If you have struggles with balance make sure to be near a wall or bring a chair to hold on to to help stabilize in standing positions.

We recommend for absolute beginners to join a few Beginner/Gentle classes first to familiarize themselves with the names of each asana.
