This class will have a combination of seated and floor exercises focusing on the legs, with core exercises sprinkled in! Exercises will require being able to get on the floor, you may need to hold railing or a chair against wall for extra support. This is a safe space for us to exercise together.

Equiptment Needed: Pillow, Towel, opt: Resistance Bands
