Above the Waist

We’ll be focusing on upper body and core movements. In this class we will be using resistance bands or wrist weights and getting a killer workout! All moves can be done in a seated position, so this class is perfect if you’re in a wheelchair, recovering from an injury, or have limited balance.

This class can be done 100% in a chair, so it's perfect if you are in a wheelchai, recovering from an injury, or have poor balance.
