PILATES INSTRUCTOR + NASM TRAINER
David is a jack-of-all-trades in the fitness world. Besides being a trained Yoga and Pilates teacher, he loves helping people at every leg of their fitness journeys, from restoring functional stability after injury to maximizing power in elite athletes. He works with youth sports players to maintain their fitness in the off-season, as well as with seniors regaining independence and an active lifestyle. He has taught nearly every type of fitness class. Whatever your goal, David’s passion is helping you achieve it, and having fun along the way.
NASM PERSONAL TRAINER
I'm Tedashi Myers, I have been a personal trainer for a little over 10 years, I currently specialize in functional movement, and corrective exercise. My passion is working with people trying to get their mobility and lives back. Being married to a Physical Therapist I have found a love for much more of the human body than losing weight, and lifting weights. People take for granted the most basic things they are able to do until they lose them and need help getting them back.
LEG DAY (SIT OR STAND)
1st + 3rd Sunday of Each Month at 10am PST / 1pm EST
This class was originally intended for CMTers, but has been adapted for anyone who’s looking for a good leg workout! Sit or stand, we have a workout for you! In this class, we'll work to improve/maintain your strength, stability, and coordination. Exercises will be timed, and several variations will be given, so you can pick what works best for you. If you're not already in one, all you need is a chair. We recommend a balance pad and resistance bands, but it's not required.

"If you have health issues, you probably know how important exercise is, and yet one-size-fits-all workouts often lead to more problems! Not the case with All Bodies Community. Julie leverages her expertise, compassion, and humor to make every student feel safe and challenged at the same time. She offers multiple variations for each exercise and encourages everyone to listen to their bodies (which is a real thing, people) while giving them a good nudge toward greater strength.
And if you're at the top of your fitness game, roll on in to one of her advanced classes, where she will lovingly kick your a** and make you laugh while she's at it. Trust me."
