About Julie: Julie is a CMTer, adaptive fitness coach, and owner of All Bodies Community. Julie strives to provide fitness for all, no matter your mobility. In her classes, she wants you to learn to listen to your body and do what is best for it. She believes growth should be measured on a personal level, not comparative to others and wants you to strive to be the best version of yourself! #FitTuesday is what you're doing to stay active (or recover + rest) on your day for you! Tuesday is the only day we don't offer live classes. What are you doing today? A class video? Classes on the Roster:

- Seated Cardio

- Strength Training (Seated + Non-Seated)

- Weekly CMT Specific Strengthening Class

SEATED STRENGTH TRAINING

Wednesdays at 8am PST / 11am EST

We’ll be focusing on upper body and core movements. This class is perfect if you’re in a wheelchair, recovering from an injury, or have poor balance. This class will be taught 100% from a chair and open to all! You can choose to use either resistance bands and/or weights. Wrist weights are a great alternative if you struggle with grip! 

Note: Although this class is taught 100% seated, it's open to all who may want to add legs and do exercises from standing position. 

CMT SPECIFIC STRENGTHENING CLASS

1st + 3rd Sunday of Each Month at 10am PST / 1pm EST

This class is specific to CMTers. We'll work to  improve/maintain your strength, stability, and coordination. Whether you're a wheelchair user, are an avid hiker, or anywhere in between. Each exercise will keep in mind how the CMT body moves. Exercises will be timed, and several variations will be given, so you can pick what works best for you. Trainer, Tedashi Myers, will be keeping a close eye on everyone's form and technique, offering guidance as we move through class. If you're not already in one, all you need is a chair. We recommend a balance pad and resistance bands, but it's not required.

LEG DAY (SIT OR STAND)

1st + 3rd Sunday of Each Month at 10am PST / 1pm EST

This class was originally intended for CMTers, but has been adapted for anyone who’s looking for a good leg workout! Sit or stand, we have a workout for you! In this class, we'll work to  improve/maintain your strength, stability, and coordination. Exercises will be timed, and several variations will be given, so you can pick what works best for you. If you're not already in one, all you need is a chair. We recommend a balance pad and resistance bands, but it's not required.

Julie leverages her expertise, compassion, and humor to make every student feel safe and challenged at the same time. She offers multiple variations for each exercise and encourages everyone to listen to their bodies (which is a real thing, people) while giving them a good nudge toward greater strength.
