"If you have health issues, you probably know how important exercise is, and yet one-size-fits-all workouts often lead to more problems! Not the case with All Bodies Community. Julie leverages her expertise, compassion, and humor to make every student feel safe and challenged at the same time. She offers multiple variations for each exercise and encourages everyone to listen to their bodies (which is a real thing, people) while giving them a good nudge toward greater strength. 

 

And if you're at the top of your fitness game, roll on in to one of her advanced classes, where she will lovingly kick your a** and make you laugh while she's at it. Trust me."

I have taken “scalable” exercise classes in the past that were really designed for people within the normal range of abilities, which doesn’t include me and my disability. Julie’s patient, kind, and knowledgeable personalization allows me to get the most out of each workout, challenging me with fun routines that make each class fly by. 

 

Since joining All Bodies Community, I feel like my exercise routine is more effective, and I’m working muscles that I was missing on my own. It has also been wonderful to have that extra connection during the pandemic...I truly look forward to Julie’s classes every week.

 

I enthusiastically recommend the Above the Waist class to anyone who struggles with balance or the ability to stand and perform exercises.

Fitness has always been something that I’ve fallen in and out of love with over the last decade of my life. Forging and following a consistent workout plan is difficult for me. 

 

Since joining All Bodies Community, not only do I feel like I have a personal trainer, but I feel like I have a personal connection with my instructors.  

 

Julie is patient with me and does her best to keep a pace that is sustainable for the class level that I’m in (advanced pilates nbd). 

 

The class sizes are small and I feel like I get the personal attention that I sometimes need. 

 

10/10 would highly recommend.
